Concept Sketch to Completed Jewellery

I produce my designs in consultation with clients, where I will discuss what they have in mind and do a series of initial sketches.  Once an idea is agreed I do a final sketch and work driectly into the precious metal, by hand using trditional tools.  My work is very much 'hand made' , not computer aided or machine produced.

Initial sketch for 'Tim Burton/ Corpse bride' wedding ring commission to fit round a Marquise cut diamond engagement ring.  The finished ring is shaped to fit exactly the curves of the engagenment ring.

Hand forged flowers, each petal patterned and textured, set with tiny diamonds, tucked around the baby face, with scrolls and leaves.  Sterling silver.

The brief for this was to make a pendant with customers own 6x 2mm sapphires and 2x 1mm diiamonds, recycled from old jewellery.  The customer chose design no.1.

Finished pendant set with customers own stones.  the 1mm diamonds are set in the center of two tiny dog roses.
